The coursework in this three-semester certificate will provide you with the foundation needed to begin your higher education in a variety of careers in advanced healthcare fields. The courses will emphasize medical relevance, practical application and preparation for entrance exams such as the MCAT, PA-CAT and DAT.

Students who complete the certificate will have the knowledge and skills needed to enter medical school, physician assistant programs, veterinary school, dental school, optometry school, pharmacy, chiropractic, physical therapy, and other advanced health care programs.

This program is offered through the Natural and Applied Sciences Department.
