Housing

Hudson Valley Community College does not offer on-campus student housing, but there are many off-campus housing options for students located near campus.

Housing Guide

The Student Activities Office maintains a guide that lists potential housing options for students offered by property owners in the area. The guide is offered solely as a service for landlords and student tenants. All students who are seeking off-campus housing should understand that any lease agreements between themselves and landlords are private transactions, and the college does not become party to landlord/tenant matters or disputes.

Housing Guide

NOTE: Free unlimited ridership is available on Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) buses for all registered and paid students taking college credit courses for the fall and spring semesters, as well as intersession and summer terms. CDTA operates buses throughout the Capital Region and students who are searching for housing may wish to consider its proximity to CDTA bus lines.
