Aeronautical Technical Institute / HVCC West
The Aeronautical Technical Institute (ATI), also referred to as HVCC West, is located at the Albany International Airport and offers high quality aviation maintenance education that allows students to complete FAA mechanic certifications.
The ATI is in the final stages of receiving Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certification as an Aviation Maintenance Technician School (AMTS) under 14 CFR Part 147.

Register to join us for a tour and learn more the programs offered at the Aeronautical Technical Institute (ATI).
This funding will allow the college’s new Aeronautical Technical Institute to fund scholarships for students from economically-disadvantaged geographic areas, and also help build out the infrastructure needed to provide the training.
