This degree program prepares you to enter the automotive repair field with a broad-based knowledge of current diagnostic and repair skills.

You'll learn the skills necessary to service new computerized controls, new fuel delivery systems and power train designs. Coursework includes classroom and laboratory experience to give you a strong theoretical background and the hands-on experience to diagnose and overhaul all automotive system components. About nine out of ten of our students secure a job before graduation.

The Senior Automotive Lab offers diagnostic and repair equipment used by today's automotive repair professionals. Faculty, staff, students and alumni can take advantage of the program's diagnostic repair services.

This program is offered by the Applied Technologies Department. Certified by the ASE Education Foundation since 1988, the program also meets the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence standards of quality for the training of automobile technicians in all areas.
