Health Science (AS)

The Health Science A.S. program is ideal for students planning to apply to competitive health programs or transfer to a four-year institution. It allows you to complete essential prerequisite courses while earning a degree that supports both your academic and professional goals.

Whether you're preparing for nursing, radiologic technology, dental hygiene, or another health-related field, this program provides a strong academic foundation. You'll be well-positioned to apply to your chosen Allied Health Science major while maintaining matriculated status. This degree may also prepare you for entry-level roles in healthcare settings.

The certificate is offered through the Health, Physical Education and Exercise Studies Department.
