This one-year certificate designed for individuals who have already completed an associate's degree in early childhood or a bachelor's degree in a related field or those who are pursuing the New York State Association for the Education of Young Children's (NYSAEYC) Child Program Administrator Credential (CPAC). It's also designed for assistant directors, directors, program administrators and family child care owners looking for professional development. After successfully completing this program, you will be prepared to submit the required portfolio for the CPAC credential.

The college also offers an Early Childhood Administration A.A.S. program for those who wish to enter the field but have little or no experience.

The certificate program is offered through the college's Education and Social Sciences Department.
