Self-Care and Well-Being (Microcredential)

The 10-credit Self-Care and Well-Being microcredential will expose you to core concepts in wellness that can be applied to your own self-care or as part of a health literacy program at your workplace.

All credits earned in this microcredential can be applied to the Health and Wellness Studies A.S., Physical Education Studies A.A. or Exercise Science A.S. degree programs.
