High School Equivalency
These classes prepare students to take the Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC) - a national high school equivalency assessment, resulting in a high school equivalency diploma.

Courses
TABE Pre-Test
This course prepares students to take the GED exam. The GED, is a national high school equivalency assessment to help individuals address their need for advancement, resulting in a high school equivalency diploma.
Our instructor provides individualized and group instruction in math, science, social studies, reading and writing. Using a Predictor Test, we will work with you to assess your test readiness. Students who register for this class must also register for one of the TABE pre-test dates below. Please note: in order to enroll in this class you must achieve an eighth grade level on the reading and math assessments. This course requires significant work outside of classroom instruction. Many students will find they need to take this class for more than one semester before they are ready to sit for the exam.
Full payment and a valid Certificate of Residence are required to register. Limited scholarships are available.

Class meeting dates are Mondays & Wednesdays, 6/5 - 8/16, 6 - 9 p.m. There is no class 6/19, 6/26 & 6/28. Make up classes will be Tues. 6/20 and Thurs. 7/6
Course will be held in Bulmer Telecommunications Center, Room 322 or students will have the option of joining the class remotely if they are unable to come to campus.
