Join us for a functional fitness class to exercise all muscle groups at a healthy pace! This is a beginner- to moderate-level conditioning class designed to strengthen your body, increase endurance and help you de-stress. The class begins with exercises to increase your flexibility by improving your range of motion, followed by a full-body workout to strengthen arms and legs, tighten core muscles and improve cardiovascular endurance. Each class ends with a relaxation sequence that will leave you feeling refreshed and refocused. Modifications are given to participants who have physical challenges that prohibit them from performing certain exercises.  You will need an exercise mat, a set of 3 to 5 pound dumbbells and water bottle. Eliminate Pain with Total Motion Release

This is an education in restoring pain-free motion, not an exercise class; no equipment is necessary. This class is meant to help you learn to rise from a chair, bend forward, or swing a golf club without pain. The Total Motion Release Technique takes a non-traditional approach to address pain by helping your body to naturally re-align and heal. You will learn the Fab Six and Nifty Nine movements to self-assess and self-treat your pain. This class is taught by a licensed physical therapist who has seen powerful results with her patients. Written materials are provided for independent use at home. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring a water bottle.
