Wills and Power of Attorney: Estate Planning

Just like an annual trek to the doctor's office is a vital part of your health care routine, a legal checkup is a vital part of your estate planning health. Over time your situation may have changed, and your estate plan may need to be revisited and updated. We will answer your questions and address your concerns surrounding children who are now adults; children who are now married or divorced; grandchildren you want to make provisions for; elderly family members you may be caring for; assets you want to protect; and new Medicaid and tax laws you may need to consider, to name a few
topics. This course is taught remotely via Zoom.
