Babysitting Skills

Be the babysitter all the kids want! Campers will learn basic childcare techniques and safety skills, and create a variety of activities to use while babysitting. Campers will make a bag and fill it with fun projects and games to take along while babysitting. Course includes a $30 materials fee.

Bienvenue! Beginning French

Bonjour and welcome to French Camp! Campers will dive into the French language and culture through engaging activities like games, skits, and creative expression. Each day, we’ll explore a new aspect of French-speaking cultures, including geography, music, art, fashion, and cuisine. From learning useful vocabulary to creating art and even tasting some delicious French-inspired treats, this camp is a fun and interactive way to spark curiosity about the French language and its rich global heritage. Cake Decorating for Kids

Kids ages 12 to 15 are invited to join us for a fun night learning the basic steps to decorate a fall-themed cake to take home and enjoy!  All supplies are provided. Students who need to withdraw must do so at least one week prior to the start of the class for a refund.

Circus Theatricks

SIX weeks of circus!  

Seano and friends return for multiple weeks of juggling, stilting, and acrobatic fun!

Beginning campers will be introduced to the arts of juggling, tumbling, acrobatics, magic, and the secrets and skills of circus clowns. Returning campers, get ready to be challenged and further your skills in the circus arts.

Our first week will be focused on younger students (ages 6-13), giving them an opportunity to try out new skills among peers at similar experience levels. All skill levels (ages 6-15) are welcome for weeks two through five. Our sixth week will be focused on expanding the performance levels of older students (ages 12-17) who show interest and abilities beyond camp fun.

Get ready for a week of sugary fun at cake camp! We’ll whip up all kinds of delicious sweet treats, from fluffy cupcakes to gooey rice crispy creations and even a show-stopping cookie cake. Each day, you’ll learn a cool new baking skill and get hands-on in the kitchen to create something amazing (and totally Instagram-worthy)! Making Theatre

Step into the spotlight and unleash your creativity! In Making Theatre camp, campers will dive into the exciting world of theatre by exploring costume and set design, playwriting, and directing. Through improvisation and acting games, they’ll sharpen their performance skills while having fun and building confidence. Campers will collaborate to create and act out their own skits, bringing their imaginations to life on stage. Whether crafting a character, designing a backdrop, or directing a scene, this camp is perfect for anyone ready to explore the magic of theatre and take a bow! Course fee includes $20 materials fee.

Nature Crafts

Paint Play!

In this camp, young artists will enjoy a series of books and then work on a black line drawing to make the literature come to life! After learning techniques and exploring a book(s), they will complete a canvas. Students will leave at the end of the week with five original works of art. Roblox Coders

Discover the Lua coding language while designing experiences in ROBLOX®, an online universe where you can create anything you dream of. This class combines game design concepts, coding, and fun! New developers will learn to use ROBLOX®’s Studio software to reimagine the popular game genres with your own custom code! Student-created games will be available on a password-protected Black Rocket website to share with friends and family. *Compatible with MAC and Windows OS only.

Students will create their own scrapbook of photos and learn to select, group, crop and mount photos. Suggestions for arranging on pages, journaling information, and adorning pictures will be taught. Slime Time!

In this camp, we’ll learn how to make up to 20 different kinds of slime! Students will learn how to make magnetic slime, bubbling slime, chalkboard slime and more! Write Your Own Play

This exciting and creative summer camp allows students to unleash their imagination and bring their theatrical visions to life. Participants will learn the fundamentals of playwriting, including crafting compelling characters, engaging dialogue, and dramatic storylines. As budding playwrights, they’ll also step into the director’s shoes, holding auditions, casting roles, and guiding their peers through the rehearsal process.
