General Website Content

Employees looking to request new content or content updates on the public website (www.hvcc.edu), should email editor@hvcc.edu with the request. Please include the following details:

  • The URL of the page you need the change made on and a detailed description of what needs to be changed.
  • The reason the change needs to be made and any deadlines related to this request.

Employees looking to update website content that is in the College Catalog (https://catalog.hvcc.edu), should contact the Registrar's Office at registrar@hvcc.edu and include the details listed above.

Online Employee Directory

Employees should use the IIT Update Employee Directory service request to have building, room, phone number or voicemail updated on the college employee directory.
NOTE: IIT does not perform manual directory updates on name, email, title or department. Those changes are managed through the offices of Human Resources and Budget.

Publicizing Events

Employees who are hosting or organizing events on campus, should submit details using the form below. Once completed, this will generate an event listing on the website and also feeds into various other communications channels. The events submitted will be automatically listed in the Campus Chronicle, emails that go to employees and students, and considered for promotion on digital monitors (interior and exterior) as well as social media.
