Hudson Valley Community College provides a variety of food and beverage choices for students, faculty, staff and guests with our partner, PRIME Business Dining (a division of Mazzone Hospitality.)

Food services are supported by the Faculty Student Association (FSA).

We offer a wide variety of dining options, including a full range of vegetarian and gluten-free options throughout our menus. If you don't see something that suits your needs, please ask one of our food service team members, who are fully trained to assist you with your requests. PRIME is proud to be your food service provider to help you study well and thrive!

PRIME at HVCC Main Café: Siek Campus Center, Second Floor

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Our main café offers a little bit of everything - from deli sandwiches and build your own salads to grill items and our PRIME-itto Mexican fare.

Broadstreet Bagel: Marvin Library Learning Commons, First Floor

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Offering a full espresso and coffee bar, with an additional menu of hot panini sandwiches, smoothies, and daily specials.

PRIME Elements: Science Center, First Floor

Tuesday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Monday and Friday: Closed
Perfect for a quick grab and go stop. Looking for a pre-made sandwich, salad or beverage? Stop by and we will be happy to offer a variety of chef-inspired quick grabs.

All dinners are served in easy, reheat-to-go pans and include the chef’s choice salad and bread.
