Communications and Marketing/Graphics
The Office of Communications and Marketing and Graphics Department oversee all advertising, communications, design and printing for the college.

Information Technology Services
The Information Technology Services Office oversees the computers and network infrastructure on campus.

Environmental Health and Safety
This office is responsible for the development and administration of all campus environmental health and safety programs.

Health Services
The College Health Service's professional staff assists students, faculty and staff, providing them with health information and medical attention. Located in Room 146 of Fitzgibbons Center.

Human Resources
All forms for internal use related to Human Resources can be found on this page, including the bargaining unit contracts.

Institutional Services and Events
This office oversees all room scheduling and booking on campus. It also works to attract outside vendors and conferences.

Mailroom
The Mailroom coordinates all external and intraoffice mail on campus.

Public Safety
Located on the first floor of the Campus Center, the Public Safety Department helps provide a safe, secure campus.

Purchasing
A handy reference guide and FAQ can be found on this site as well as all the forms necessary for bidding and purchasing.

Word Processing
Any work related material may be submitted by college staff to the Word Processing Center for completion.

Activities and Fitness for Faculty/Staff

Community and Professional Education
The college offers a wide variety of community and professional education courses each semester. This office also oversees summer camps and activities for children.

Sports Complex Recreation Schedule
The college offers a fitness room, racquetball courts and public ice skating during the winter months.

The Joe
The Joseph L. Bruno Stadium is home to the Tri-City ValleyCats, a Class A level farm club of the Houston Astros. The season runs from June to September.

 


On-Campus Organizations

Academic Senate
A representative governing body where members of the faculty, administration, staff and students of the college meet to review, examine, formulate, discuss and resolve in a collegial fashion issues pertaining to the academic life of the college.

WE@HVCC
An organization of faculty and staff members that meets regularly for lectures, presentations and scholarship luncheons.
