Accelerate Your Career in Biotech - Pathways to Careers at Regeneron IOPS

The Pathways partnership program between Hudson Valley Community College and Regeneron offers students multiple tailored educational tracks designed to develop the skills and knowledge needed for entry-level roles at Regeneron. By combining academic coursework with industry-informed training, Pathways provides a clear route for students to transition seamlessly into careers in biotechnology and related fields.

Pathway 1:
Career Growth Without Advanced Education as an Associate in Internal Fill/Finish
A great opportunity for individuals to build a rewarding career within the Internal Fill/Finish department, without requiring advanced education.
Pathway 2:
Biomanufacturing Apprenticeship
Focus on training elements for manufacturing during an 8-10 week long summer experience. Then transition to a part-time while finishing your HVCC education.
Pathway 3:
Work While Obtaining a B.S.
Work full-time as an Fill/Finish Associate or Drug Production, Associate Manufacturing Specialist while earning a B.S. through ACPHS or SUNY Albany.
