The use of masks on campus at Hudson Valley is optional. Although mask usage is not mandated, it remains strongly encouraged, and may be required in certain situations (i.e., for those engaged in clinical coursework where close personal contact is required).

Social distancing is recommended where possible, however instructional spaces are open to full capacity as necessary.

Testing

COVID-19 test kits are available at no cost at Health Services and TEC-SMART during normal business hours and also at the Center for Access and Assistive Technology until 6 p.m.

Compliance

Any incidents of non-compliance to these requirements will be handled through the college’s judicial process for students and Human Resources for employees.
