About the Hudson Valley Community College Foundation

The Hudson Valley Community College Foundation exists solely for charitable and educational purposes. By seeking external resources and grants, the Foundation works to promote the college's educational programs and services and to enhance its institutional goals and objectives.

The Foundation's objective is to help shape the future and enhance the continuous development of the college, its students and alumni, and its faculty and staff through philanthropic activities that have a positive and beneficial impact upon both the college and the community it serves.

The Hudson Valley Community College Foundation is an independent, 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation administered by a board of directors composed of community leaders and Foundation staff. The Foundation maintains its funds apart from those of the college.

Gifts to the Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law and help ensure that Hudson Valley Community College has the resources it needs to remain at the forefront of higher education in the Capital Region. As gifts to the Foundation grow, so do the opportunities for our students, faculty, staff, and the community we serve.

The Foundation's Annual Fund gives donors the opportunity to contribute gifts that will benefit the college's greatest needs. For more information or to request an annual report or audited financial statement, please contact:
