Advance 2 Apprenticeship® Completion Ceremony
Join Hudson Valley Community College's Office of Workforce Development and Community Education as it celebrates the graduates of the Advance 2 Apprenticeship® pre-apprenticeship program. Offered in partnership with the Center for Economic Growth and the Capital Region Workforce Development Board, this no-cost program provides adult learners with hands-on training and foundational skills for careers in advanced manufacturing.
The completion ceremony will recognize the 10 participants who successfully completed the program and feature remarks from economic and community leaders, employer partners, and Hudson Valley faculty.
Advance 2 Apprenticeship® is designed to prepare individuals for careers in advanced manufacturing through practical instruction, supportive services, and career-focused skill development. Participants have access to resources such as childcare, transportation assistance, work attire support, tutoring, and disability services to help ensure success in the program and beyond.
The event is open to invited guests and community partners.
