Three questions for Tour Guide Anna G. Ogden '09

Anna Ogden '09Anna G. Ogden
Liberal Arts & Sciences - Humanities & Social Sciences program, Class of 2009

A 2007 graduate of Academy of Christian Leadership (Valatie, NY), Anna is one of many students who serve as tour guides, sharing their knowledge of the campus and experiences with accepted and prospective students. Here, she shares some thoughts about her Hudson Valley experience.

Why did you enroll at Hudson Valley? I came to Hudson Valley Community College because it is close to home and inexpensive.

What do you like best? I love Hudson Valley Community College because there are a lot of services available for academic tutoring, small classroom sizes (the student-to-faculty ratio is 20:1) and I had an easy time transitioning between high school and college.

What is your goal? To earn my associate's degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences - Humanities & Social Sciences and then transfer to a four-year school and get a bachelor's degree in pyschology.

Anna or one of her fellow tour guides would love to show you around campus. Sign up for a tour today or RSVP so you and your parents can attend our Information Session on Saturday, March 29.
