Health Services

The Health Services professional staff assists students, faculty and staff in maintaining their maximum physical, emotional, spiritual and mental health through quality health care, education and referrals.

About Health Services

Registered nurses are available to assist with injuries and routine health counseling and a college physician is available to see students in need of care. Check with Health Services for specific hours. If you need medical attention when the Health Services Office is not open, please see your primary physician or go to your local after hours care center.

There is no appointment necessary and the cost of treatment in Health Services is covered by the Health Fee. Fees are, however, charged for X-rays and lab procedures performed outside the college facility.

All injuries that occur on campus should be reported to Health Services, even if the injury appears insignificant. Student treatment records are confidential and are released only with written consent. Exceptions are made in cases where students or the community face potential danger.
