Nature Trail Walk
Counseling Services invites you to enjoy nature, get some exercise and decompress from the semester. Walking, especially in nature, offers numerous benefits for physical health and supports mental and emotional well-being.
Students, faculty and staff are welcome to join the walk. The route will begin at the putting green (located in the center of the campus quad near the Guenther Enrollment Services Center), continue to the nature trail and return to campus.
NOTE: The group will depart shortly after the scheduled start time, so please plan to arrive on time.
Please wear appropriate footwear, such as sneakers or shoes with good traction. Check the Campus Chronicle/Student Announcements pages and the Events page for weather-related cancellations.
The Nature Trail is open to everyone, even if you are unable to attend an organized walk.
