Wear It Pink: Support Breast Cancer Awareness & Research

Wear It Pink is an annual event that invites people to wear pink clothing or accessories to show their support for breast cancer awareness and research. This vibrant and positive campaign aims to raise awareness about breast cancer, encourage early detection, and support ongoing research and services.

Join the HVCC campus community on Friday, Oct. 24, by wearing your pink to show your support for breast cancer awareness and research. Don’t have anything pink to wear? Stop by our tabling event on the first floor of the Campus Center from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. to pick up a free pink ribbon! We’ll also be providing information and materials promoting breast cancer awareness. Let’s paint the campus PINK!

As part of the college’s Health Services at the Wellness Center October initiative for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, this event encourages our campus community to come together in a colorful display of solidarity and commitment to ending breast cancer.
