Applied Technology Education Center (ATEC) Groundbreaking Ceremony
Hudson Valley Community College will host a ceremonial groundbreaking for the new Applied Technology Education Center (ATEC). The event will take place outside at the building construction site, adjacent to the Joseph L. Bruno Stadium on Williams Road. An informal luncheon will follow a program of speakers.
ATEC is the largest construction project in Hudson Valley’s history. It will serve as a hub for cutting-edge education and workforce training, preparing thousands of students for careers in automotive and transportation technologies, building systems, electrical construction and maintenance, mechatronics, renewable energy, semiconductor manufacturing, and welding, among other fields.
We look forward to celebrating this exciting milestone and the many benefits the new facility will bring to our students and the community.
