Campus life can be hectic. Hudson Valley Community College provides a variety of food and beverage choices for students, faculty, staff and guests with our partner, PRIME Business Dining (a division of Mazzone Hospitality.)

PRIME Business Dining will offer a wide variety of dining options with a main café located in the Siek Campus Center and four additional outlets across campus.

PRIME at HVCC Main Café
Siek Campus Center, Second Floor
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Our main café offers a little bit of everything - from deli sandwiches and build your own salads to grill items and our PRIME-itto Mexican fare.

PRIME Pit Stop
Williams Hall
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Enjoy made-to-order hot breakfast and lunch sandwiches, a wide assortment of grab and go items, and fresh brewed coffee.

Books & Bites
Marvin Library Learning Commons, First Floor
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Offering a full espresso and coffee bar, with an additional menu of hot panini sandwiches, smoothies, and daily specials.

PRIME Elements
Science Center, First Floor
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Perfect for a quick grab and go stop. Looking for a pre-made sandwich, salad or beverage? Stop by and we will be happy to offer a variety of chef-inspired quick grabs.

We continuously strive to satisfy the most diversified eating preferences, and we offer a full range of vegetarian and gluten-free options throughout our menus. If you don't see something to suit your needs, please ask one of our PRIME team members, who are fully trained to assist you with your requests. We are proud to represent the Mazzone brand on the Hudson Valley Community College campus in all that we do.
