HVCC Leadership Workshop Series: Futurism - AI and Leadership Algorithms
Artificial Intelligence is real and will only become more present in our lives. Software like Chat GPT, Siri and Alexa, social media algorithms, and even advanced robotics will continue to become more and more relevant in our daily lives. Their imposition will become a challenge to leadership skills and situations. Examining the current state of AI and computer algorithms and their impact on the way we interact can have enormous consequences in our leadership abilities if we are unprepared to adapt.
In this lecture we’ll be looking at what place humanity has in this new world of AI (not the other way around) and trying to fortify our leadership skill to be ready for the inevitable technological changes to come.
