Kids on Campus Programs

Kids on CampusHudson Valley Community College has been sponsoring programs for children and teens for more than 30 years, enrolling approximately 900 students each year. We offer summer camps and wintertime "Mice on Ice" skating programs as well as SAT preparation, Driver Education and other programs aimed at older teens.

Our winter/spring and fall Kids on Campus classes are held weekday evenings or weekends. View our current offerings by season.

February Vacation Week Program (for students aged 8-12)

Week-long school vacation breaks can be an opportunity for children to discover a new interest and stay active. We currently offer a Kids on Campus program during the February break week. Space is limited! Scholarships available. Check back in mid-December for details or get added to our mailing list.

All students will need a medical history and consent form and immunization records (if not on file) before attending. Consent forms are available on our Forms page.

A limited number of scholarships are available for those who qualify. Scholarships are based on financial need. Funds are made possible by the Hudson Valley Community College Foundation. See our Forms page for an application.

Get Involved

If you are a teacher and have an idea for a Kids on Campus summer offering, submit a course proposal and an application. The summer schedule is finalized in December.

If you are interested in being considered for a position as a camp counselor, please check the employment opportunities webpage in March or April. Counselors must be 16 years old.
