The Capital District Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) delivers comprehensive, community-based academic and workforce development programs and provides support services leading to enhanced employment opportunities, access to further education, personal growth and development.

The EOC is an educational institution that serves eligible adult learners in NYS at no cost, to those who qualify.

Programs Offered
Programs at the EOC are designed to prepare its graduates for the skills necessary for today’s work environment. Many include state and national certifications.
