Presidential Appearance Request Form

Anyone who wishes to request that the president attend and/or speak at an event – either on campus or off campus – must fill out the following form.

Your request will be submitted to Suzanne Kalkbrenner, assistant to the president, who will notify you within five business days of the receipt of your request whether President Matonak will attend your event. In the event that the president is on vacation or away from campus, your request will be processed upon his return.

Please make every effort to submit your request at least one month prior to the date of your event.
