We offer academic advisement for part-time and full-time non-matriculated students. We strongly recommend that you make an appointment with an academic advisor before registering for classes. The courses you select may have an impact on your future financial aid eligibility, academic standing, degree completion and the transfer process.
What is a non-matriculated student?
Non-matriculated students are:
those who have not completed an application for admission into a degree program and been accepted into that program
those who have lost matriculated status
those who have been suspended or dismissed from their degree program due to failure to maintain good academic standing
Academic advisement is available by appointment:
Fall/Spring terms when classes are in session:
Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday -Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
At Albany Extension Center (by appointment): Tuesday, 5 - 8 p.m.
