Chemical Dependency Counseling (CDC) students from Hudson Valley's Human Services department have an excellent reputation in the treatment community. A large number of our graduates are employed as counselors in local alcoholism and drug treatment programs and, in fact, some of them are field placement supervisors for our students. The employment picture is very positive for CDC graduates. Many of our students get job offers during their last semester prior to graduating.

The Center for Careers and Transfer is available to students and graduates for placement in the field and career counseling.
