Thinking about going to college but worried about how to pay for it?

Hudson Valley Community College is hosting a series of two-hour workshops explaining the financial aid process.

The free information sessions will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the college's Bulmer Telecommunications Center on the following days:

Tuesday, Nov. 8
Wednesday, Nov. 30
Wednesday, Dec. 14

Members of the college's Financial Aid Office staff will be on hand to detail financial aid eligibility requirements, explain how to apply for financial aid and scholarships and answer questions.

The workshops are open to anyone interested in pursuing a college degree - not just those interested in attending Hudson Valley. High school students and adults interested in returning to college are encouraged to attend.

Contact the Financial Aid Office at (518) 629-7150 or financialaid@hvcc.edu with questions or for more information.
