Enrollment and Degree Verification

Hudson Valley Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at:

Enrollment verifications can be provided beginning on the first day of the part of term in which you are enrolled and only if you have completed the registration process with the Cashier's Office. Requests for enrollment verifications can be made only by the student via the following methods:

Electronically – If you complete the electronic form below, an enrollment verification will be mailed to your permanent address on file.

In-person – Pre-printed forms can be completed and enrollment verifications printed on college letterhead can be provided to students in-person with picture ID during regular business hours at the Registrar's Office.
