Wynantskill Resident Andrea L. Cintula Honored At Hudson Valley Community College

Andrea L. Cintula of Wynantskill, a 2002 graduate of Hudson Valley Community College's Individual Studies program, recently was honored by the college.
Cintula was given the Liberal Arts Honors Program award.
Named to the Hudson Valley's President's List throughout her four semesters at the college, Cintula is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society, and was named to the National Dean's List. She served as executive secretary of the Student Senate at the college, and served as a volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House.
Cintula plans to continue her studies toward a four-year degree in marketing management.
Hudson Valley Community College, located in Troy, offers more than 50 degree and certificate programs in four academic divisions: Business; Engineering and Industrial Technologies; Health Science; and Liberal Arts and Sciences; and an Educational Opportunity Center for academic and career training. One of 30 community colleges in the State University of New York system, it has an enrollment of more than 10,000 students each year, and is known as a leader in distance learning initiatives and workforce training.
