Honors College Sponsorship

In Fall of 2023, Hudson Valley Community College will welcome the first cohort of 30 students into the Honors College. The mission of the Honors College is to attract future scholars and develop leaders engaging in a rigorous curriculum with an emphasis on academics, service, leadership and diversity.

Honors College students demonstrate intellectual curiosity, ambition, integrity and global citizenship. They will take specially designated honors courses and have the opportunity to engage in research, internships and service projects. Students will be prepared to seamlessly transfer to a four-year institution to further pursue their academic goals. The Honors College will also assist in creating a robust workforce pipeline for students that will meet the current regional economic development workforce needs.

Please consider donating to support these students accepted into the Honors College. Donors over $5,000 or more will have their logo displayed on the college website. Donors less than $5,000 will be listed on marketing materials.
