Transfer Opportunities and Articulation Agreements

Program-to-Program Agreements Listed by Hudson Valley Major

A program-to-program agreement is an articulation agreement that recommends a specific major at Hudson Valley Community College for transfer into a parallel program at the transfer institution. Sometimes the names of the majors are the same at both institutions (e.g., Business Administration to Business Administration), while often the names of the majors differ (e.g., Liberal Arts to Psychology). In most cases, program-to-program agreements allow students to transfer with junior status.

Below are institutions with which Hudson Valley Community College has program-to-program agreements. The agreements are listed alphabetically by program name according to each of the four schools. Remember that agreements are continually being updated, and are subject to change. Please contact the Center for Careers and Transfer or your academic department chairperson for more detailed information.

Important Note: Any student in any program has the potential to transfer to a four-year institution. However, many of our programs are particularly designed for transfer. If the Hudson Valley Community College program in which you are interested is not included in this list, it simply means that we do not have any program-to-program agreements formally established for that program, at this time.
