Part-time Job Fair: Sept. 26 and 27, 10am-1pm in the Campus Center

The Center for Careers and Transfer can assist students with:

  • Beginning the job search
  • Identifying search databases to find jobs
  • Writing resumes and cover letters
  • Learning networking skills
  • Practicing for interviews
  • Researching companies
  • Overcoming obstacles to the search
  • Identifying your skills and interests and how they connect to career possibilities
  • Researching careers and majors
  • Choosing a career direction

The center is free of charge and is easily accessible through scheduled appointments. Computers are available in the center for job search and resume writing.

Services for alumni include:

  • Access to job bank and job fairs
  • Career exploration tools
  • Resume and cover letter critique
  • Mock interviews
