Each student may purchase two movie tickets at $5 each totaling $10.
Regal Theater movie tickets are sold on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and 4 to 6 p.m. for evening students only.

Where Do We Go From Here: Chaos or Community?

Four State University of New York scholars — Dr. Seth Asumah (SUNY Cortland), Dr. Carlos Medina (SUNY’s chief diversity officer), Dr. Ann Geisendorfer (Hudson Valley Community College) and Dr. Mecke Nagel (SUNY Cortland) address the topic “Where Do We Go From Here: Chaos or Community?” as part of African-American History Month. The speakers commemorate the legacies of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Coretta Scott King, outline SUNY’s Strategic Plan for Inclusion, and discuss recent criminal justice system reforms.

The event is sponsored by Sisters In Synch, a student club that advocates for diversity and inclusion, and the Student Senate.

Student Honors and Awards Ceremony

McDonough Sports Complex

This ceremony recognizes the college’s highest achieving graduates who have earned a G.P.A. of 3.5 or above as well as special award recipients. Invited students and their guests are welcome to attend this special event. Tickets are not required. Students must wear their academic honors regalia to the ceremony.
