Maintenance and Grounds Services
Maintenance and Grounds Services are part of the Physical Plant Department. There are two distinct parts of this service that share the same common goal; to provide a safe and attractive environment for students, staff and visitors.
Maintenance provides for the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment. This includes painting and repairing plumbing systems in addition to the building structure and furniture.
Grounds duties include the following:
- Trash removal from the buildings and grounds.
- Cutting and trimming lawns and shrubs.
- Minor repair to roads, sidewalks and parking lots.
- Snow removal.
