Admission Information

The Enrollment Management Services (EMS) Department assists students in finding areas of study best suited for their interests and abilities. EMS staff will provide relevant information about opportunities at the EOC. Interested students can contact EMS to receive program and application information.

In-Person Admission Days and Times

Troy Location
431 River Street, adjacent to the Hedley Building [View Directions]
Every weekday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., except when EOC is closed.

Albany Location
30 North Russell Road, Westgate Plaza [View Directions]
Every Friday, except when EOC is closed. Please arrive at 8:15 a.m. and plan to stay until noon.

General Eligibility Requirements

To enroll in the EOC, applicants must:

  1. be a resident of New York State for the previous 12 months;
  2. be at least 16 years old and not officially enrolled in high school;
  3. meet SUNY educational and economic guidelines for admission.
