The Hudson Valley WIReD System does not currently support Netscape
Versions less than 6.02 browsers. If you currently use Netscape less
than 6.02, it is recommended that you upgrade to the current version
of Netscape or
use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater.
The Hudson Valley WIReD System does not support the AOL Browser. You
can connect through AOL as your dial-up provider, then open either
Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape. Please see below for specific
Internet Explorer 5.5, go to the Tools
menu and select Internet Options. Click on the Security tab.

Navigator 6.x/7.x - Go to the Help menu and
select About Netscape. The statement "This version
supports high-grade (128-bit) security with RSA Public Key
must be present. If your browser shows anything less than

Click on the arrow next to the Advanced category and select "Cache".
On the right, click on "Clear Memory Cache" and "Clear
Disk Cache". Below this, make sure the setting "Compare
the page in the cache to the page on the network" is
set to "Every
time I view the page " and click OK.
Internet Explorer 5.x/6.x, go to the Tools menu and select
Internet Options. On the General tab under Temporary Internet Files,
click on the "Delete Files.." button. In the popup window,
check the "Delete all Offline Content" check box and click
click on the "Settings..." button. Make sure that "check
for newer versions of stored pages" is set to "Every visit
to the page" and click OK twice.
