As part of a new partnership agreement, Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia will offer Hudson Valley Community College graduates a 10 percent tuition reduction scholarship toward its online Bachelor of Science degree in Professional and Liberal Studies.

The Professional and Liberal Studies degree at Saint Joseph’s offers writing and problem solving skills valuable in any position or industry. The degree provides flexibility for customization, including two concentrations: organization development and leadership, and autism studies.

The online autism studies concentration offered by Saint Joseph’s is one of only 50 globally that is approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board which prepares students to take the Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst Examination for accreditation. This concentration is designed for occupational therapists, mobile therapists, speech pathologists, physical therapists, policy-makers, health care providers and family members, who hope to learn the applicable skills to care for those diagnosed with autism.

The organization development and leadership concentration brings together psychology, sociology and communication to equip students with applicable skills to successfully manage organizations.
