Wynantskill Student John Rysedorph III Honored by Hudson Valley Community College

John Rysedorph III of Wynantskill, a 2009 graduate of Hudson Valley Community College’s Chemical Technician program, was honored by the college with a departmental award.
Rysedorph was honored for Academic Achievement in Analytical Chemistry, which is given to an outstanding student of the Biology, Chemistry and Physics programs. A President's List student at Hudson Valley, he plans to pursue a bachelor's degree in chemistry at The University at Albany. He'll serve an internship at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals over the summer.
Founded in 1953, Hudson Valley Community College offers more than 70 associate’s degree and certificate programs in four schools: Business; Engineering and Industrial Technologies; Health Science; and Liberal Arts and Sciences; and also sponsors an Educational Opportunity Center for academic and career training.
