Hyde Park Resident Thomas Bubel Honored by Hudson Valley Community College

Thomas Bubel of Hyde Park, a 2006 graduate of the Hudson Valley Community College Dental Hygiene program, was recently honored by the college.
Bubel received the Hudson Valley Community College Dental Hygiene Memorial Scholarship and the Senior Dental Hygiene Professional Achievement Award.
A President’s List student for all four of his college semesters, Bubel also volunteered to teach CPR and taught swimming for a master’s swim team. He plans to work in the dental hygiene field.
Founded in 1953, Hudson Valley Community College offers more than 60 degree and certificate programs in four schools: Business; Engineering and Industrial Technologies; Health Sciences; and Liberal Arts and Sciences; and workforce and academic preparation programs offered through the Educational Opportunity Center.
