Pine Bush Resident Alyssa Tuthill Honored by Hudson Valley Community College

Alyssa Tuthill of Pine Bush, a 2006 graduate of the Hudson Valley Community College Respiratory Care program, was recently honored by the college.
Tuthill received the Northeast Ventilator Respiratory Care Student of the Year Award. A President’s List student, Tuthill also was a member of Phi Theta Kappa, the international academic honor society for students at two-year colleges.
Tuthill will work as a respiratory therapist at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.
Founded in 1953, Hudson Valley Community College offers more than 60 degree and certificate programs in four schools: Business; Engineering and Industrial Technologies; Health Sciences; and Liberal Arts and Sciences; and workforce and academic preparation programs offered through the Educational Opportunity Center.
