Annual Juried Student Exhibition – Hudson Valley’s best art students will exhibit works of all media in Hudson Valley’s Teaching Gallery in the Marvin Library. Works exhibited from Wednesday, April 12 to Friday, April 28. The Teaching Gallery is open 7 a.m. – 10 p.m., Monday - Thursday; 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Friday; and 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Saturday. Transforming New Life: Educating the Public About Embryonic Stem Cell Research – Michael DiScipio and Paul Richter, a former corrections officer and police officer who are now paralyzed, discuss the issue of embryonic stem cell research. Lecture at noon and 1 p.m., Thursday, April 13, in Hudson Valley’s Bulmer Telecommunications Center Auditorium. Admission is free. (518) 629-7336.
