Hudson Valley Community College to Host Instant Admission Days in November, December

Hudson Valley Community College will host four Instant Admission Days – two at its Troy campus and two at its Albany Extension Center – in November and December.
Instant Admission Days will be held from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 30, and Wednesday, Dec. 14, at the Guenther Enrollment Services Center on the college's campus in Troy.
Anyone who can't get to the Troy campus on those days can attend Instant Admission Days from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 7, and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 22, at the college's Albany Extension Center, 175 Central Ave., Albany.
Prospective students can meet with admissions and financial aid counselors and be admitted to Hudson Valley on the spot for the Spring 2006 semester, which begins Tuesday, Jan. 17. The college also will waive its $30 application fee for those who apply on Instant Admission Day.
Interested students should bring their academic records. Students wishing to begin the financial aid process should bring their 2004 tax returns as well. For more information, please call the Admissions office at (518) 629-7309.
