Web Development Course Offered at Hudson Valley Community College

Hudson Valley Community College's Workforce Development Institute will offer a credit-free course in web development utilizing PHP and MySQL beginning Wednesday, September 21.
The 12-session course will run from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays through December 14. The course will provide an introduction to PHP, a powerful open-source scripting language designed to enable developers to create highly-featured, database-driven Web applications. In conjunction with the PHP language, students will learn how to apply MySQL, an open-source database engine that is well suited for dynamic internet-based applications.
