Hudson Valley Community College Classes Offered at Tamarac High School This Spring

Hudson Valley Community College will offer three college-level, credit-bearing evening courses at Tamarac High School during the spring semester.

"English Composition I" will meet once a week, on Mondays from 6 to 9:30 p.m.

"General Psychology" will meet once a week, on Thursdays from 6 to 9:30 p.m.

"Essentials of Math I" will meet once a week, on Mondays from 6 to 9:30 p.m.

Classes begin the week of January 22 and will run through the second week of May.

"Hudson Valley Community College is focusing on its mission to bring the college to the community," said President John Buono. "Our off-campus offerings are continuing to grow at schools, businesses and government agencies around the Capital Region."

Hudson Valley Community College offers more than 50 degree and certification programs in four academic divisions: Liberal Arts and Sciences; Engineering and Industrial Technologies; Health Sciences; and Business; as well as programs run through the Educational Opportunity Center offering certification programs in workforce and academic preparation.
