Loren J. Baker Honored at Hudson Valley Community College

Loren J. Baker of Schenectady, a 2003 graduate from the Hudson Valley Community College Dental Hygiene program, was recently honored by the college.
Baker, a president's list or dean's list student during her time at the college, was the recipient of the Marilyn LaBrie Dental Hygiene Faculty Memorial Award and the Proctor and Gamble Award for Excellence in Preventive Dentistry. She currently is employed as a dental hygienist at the office of Dr. Deborah Hermance in Gloversville.
Baker also was listed in "Who's Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges."
Hudson Valley Community College, located in Troy, offers more than 50 degree and certificate programs in four academic divisions: Business; Engineering and Industrial Technologies; Health Science; and Liberal Arts and Sciences; and an Educational Opportunity Center for academic and career training.
