The Women's Enterprise at Hudson Valley Community College is sponsoring a Fall Fling on Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2000. The event will take place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the lobby of the Bulmer Telecommunications Center at Hudson Valley Community College, 80 Vandenburgh Ave., Troy. Admission is free.

Join in for food, shopping, fun and conversation. Vendors displaying various craft items will help guests get an early start on holiday shopping early. Any proceeds from vendor donations will go to the WE@HVCC endowment/scholarship fund.  Please stop by to browse, visit, and have a good time. The event is open to all members of the college community and the public.

Vendors will be selling the following items (and more): candles, baskets, clothing, silver jewelry, bird houses, denim products, fabric dolls, aromatherapy and health products, notecards, dried flowers, and ceramics.

The Women's Enterprise, WE@HVCC, are members of the Hudson Valley Community College community who are committed to maintaining community spirit through social, philanthropic and educational endeavors. Their hope is to provide support assistance to address special needs identified by members. WE@HVCC will be launching an endowment fund in the spring to provide scholarships for Hudson Valley students. For more information, access the Web site at http://staff.hvcc.edu/we/or call Ann Marie Murray at 629-7358.
